Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The prize, is a 16GB iPod Touch. The draw is limited to one winner and the winner will be announced on MPD Offset Limited web site on the 12th December 2008.

The closing date for this draw is 1st December 2008. The prize draw is not open to anyone directly employed or connected with MPD Offset Ltd. The draw is open to those over the age of 18 but for delivery of prize you will need a permanent UK address. All customers who place an order with MPD Offset Ltd between 1st October 2008 and 1st December 2008 will have one entry entered into the prize draw for each order placed. Every order a customer submits will give them an extra entry up to a limit of 20. The draw will take place on 8th December 2008 and the winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email or post within 14 days of the close of the draw, and will be supplied with details of how to claim the prize. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be asked to participate in post event publicity. The prize is not transferable. There is no cash alternative or other prize available. The name of the winner will be made available by contacting us after 12th December 2008 and will be published at mpd-offset.co.uk. The prize includes delivery to your UK address. While we accept winners outside the UK we cannot deliver outside the UK.
